The Immigration Group at Civitas Law provides representation throughout the country. They advise and appear before the First-Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), and the Administrative Court.

The Group is committed to representing all irrespective of their background or financial standing and when needed also offer pro-bono representation. Various members of the team train and lecture in the field at a national level and are called upon to report on legal developments to various media outlets. The clerks can be contacted to arrange representation with respect to emergency injunctive relief to stop removal via High Court applications.

The team also offers expertise and high quality service provision at the advisory and pre-and post application and litigation stages to address the requirements of private and business immigration clients.
