Wills, Trusts and Probate

Civitas Law has a strong private client practice group and members act across the whole range of will disputes, trusts and probate work. Work covers both contentious and non-contentious work with members regularly appearing in the local courts, the High Court, and before Registrars. A significant proportion of private client work is also dealt with by means of Alternative Dispute Resolution and our members are experienced in advising and representing clients at mediations and settlement meetings.

Civitas Law leading status as the only Civil Law set in Wales means members often act in matters with a Welsh-language factor and work often includes and international element. Members also practice in related matters in the Court of Protection.
