Conditional Fee Arrangements

Different rules apply for Conditional Fee Arrangements (CFAs) entered into before or after 1 April 2013:

For cases where both solicitor and counsel entered into a CFA before 1 April 2013,

Where the solicitor has entered into a CFA before 1 April 2013 with their client and counsel entered into a CFA on the same case on or after 1 April 2013, please note the terms in the Sample Detail Sheet and Risk Assessment form, available to download below:
