Owain Rhys James has been appointed as an Independent Appeals Panel Chairperson for the Football Association of Wales.
In his role, Owain will chair the FAW's disciplinary appeals panel on an ad hoc basis. He is one of six appointed Chairpersons and has been appointed for a term of three years.
Owain also sits as a Judicial Officer for the WRU, Guinness Pro12, Six Nations and World Rugby. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he also accepts nominations to sit as an Arbitrator and Adjudicator.
