Kate Parker has recently been published in the RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) Cymru magazine Cynllunio, regarding recent cases that demonstrate common sense in financial considerations in the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Her article, 'Health and Safety Executive v Wolverhampton City Council  UKSC 24 – the final word on the relevance of financial considerations in the exercise of discretion under s.97 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990,' was published in the RTPI Cynllunio Magazine, Winter 2012.
