Welsh Government Panel of Counsel- Joanne Williams, Mona Bayoumi, Richard Cole, Anthony Vines, Owain James
Civitas Law is delighted to announce that five of its members have been appointed to the Welsh Government’s Panel of Counsel. Joanne Williams has been newly appointed to the A panel whilst Mona Bayoumi has been promoted to the A panel. Richard Cole and Anthony Vines have both been re-appointed to the A panel and Owain James re-appointed to the B panel.
All appointments commence from the 1st March for a period of five years.
Mona Bayoumi & Richard Cole re-appointed to Attorney General's A Panel of Counsel
Civitas Law are very pleased to announce that Mona Bayoumi and Richard Cole have been re-appointed to the Attorney General’s Regional A Panel of Counsel for five years, commencing 1 March 2021.
The Attorney General’s panels of counsel consists of just over 400 junior counsel who undertake civil and EU work for all government departments. Instructions are provided by the Government Legal Department.
A Panel members deal with the most complex government cases in all kinds of courts and tribunals.
Mona and Richard have both been on the Panel for over 10 years.
