Keith Bush appointed QC honoris causa

Chambers is delighted to announce the appointment of Keith Bush as Queen’s Counsel honoris causa.  Keith joined Civitas Law as a door tenant following his departure from the Welsh Government's legal service.

Keith was called to the bar in 1977 and left independent practice in 1999 to join the Welsh Government as a legal adviser. He served as Chief Legal Adviser to the National Assembly for Wales between 2007  to 2012.

Anthony Vines reviews the regulatory changes for site owners and residents of mobile homes in Wales

The regulation of certain mobile home sites will change with effect from 1st October 2014 following the passage of the Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013.  The changes do not apply to holiday sites and to various other excepted classes set out in Schedule 1 to the Act.  The regime however will effect significant and welcome change in the management and regulation of sites including by limiting the period of site licences to 5 years and requiring site managers to be passed as fit and proper.
